Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Standard-Gage-Co E8-8000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Staubli products, including obsoleted and phased-out Star parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sterling product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Staubli such as the TX60TX60StubliTX90TX90 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPM4019732PR10B manufactured by Star and we are pleased to be able to service most Star systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLOSPEED by Manufacturer Sterling as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Stealth Brand LPC460FST3100500G02G6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sterner-Automation such as LEBV2 equipment made by Sterner-Automation have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OCS by Sterner-Automation and LEBV2 spares by Sterner-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
